Living with the Tiger hits the road in August for a 3-month tour of schools, universities and companies. Find out how to bring the film to a venue in your town!
Our aim is to challenge the preconceptions about HIV and overcome the stigma that affects the lives of the kids in Baan Gerda, and the many others in the same situation. We also want to draw attention to the fact that HIV is on the increase in younger people, with 40% of new infections in the 15- 24 age group.
The focus will be on organising screenings at schools and universities, especially those that already have existing social responsibility activities. Each screening will be followed by a short discussion and Q & A session. The main requirement is for the host to provide a suitable room or hall and projection equipment (DVD player). There will be no costs to the school.
A preliminary screening has been organised at the New International School of Thailand on Tuesday 7th June at 6.30pm at its 300-seat theatre. Students from the 'Dreams We Believe In' foundation have organised a separate screening in the evening for parents and the general public. Bla, the main character in the film, will also be in attendance. Reservations should be made on this page.
Full details can be found in our outreach tour plan. Dates are limited so contact us quickly if you are interested in holding a screening. Let us know if you have any suggestions for other venues - email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
